VIS : Good, but moderate in showers and rain in the north-west until
mid-period.
ANGOLA (06S/15S, 00E/00N):
WIND : S to SE 05 to 10, but SW to W 05 to 15 in the east.
VIS : Good, but moderate in showers and thundershowers in the north-
east at times.
ST HELENA (15S/30S, 00E/20W):
WIND : Anti-cyclonic 05 to 15 in the south-east, otherwise E to SE
05 to 15 reaching 20 to 25 in the south-west until mid-period.
VIS : Good, but moderate in showers and rain in the south.
TRADES (15S/30S, 00E/WEST COAST):
WIND : Anti-cyclonic 05 to 10 in the south-west at first, otherwise S
to SE 10 to 20, reaching 25 in the south-east at times.
VIS : Good, but moderate in the north-east at times.
TRISTAN (30S/40S, 00E/20W):
WIND : NW to W 10 to 20 in the north-east during the first half of
the period, otherwise S to SE 10 to 20 reaching 25 in the
south-east until mid-period. It will become anti-cyclonic 05
to 15 in the south from mid-period.
VIS : Good, but moderate in showers and rain in the north-east
spreading in places over the northern half towards the end of
the period.
SEA STATE: 3.0 to 3.5m in the west at first, with SW swell.
CAPE WEST (30S/40S, 00E/20E):
WIND : W to NW 10 to 20 reaching 25 to 30 in the south, but SW to S
10 to 20 in the north-east and south-west spreading over the
western half by mid-period and over the eastern half towards
the end of the period. It will become SE 10 to 15 in the west
towards the end of the period.
VIS : Good, but moderate in showers and rain in the west parts.
SEA STATE: 3.0 to 3.5m in the south-west spreading to the south-east from
mid-period while subsiding in the south-west, with W to NW
swell in the south-west at first, otherwise SW swell.
