High 1036 44N15W, moving northeast and expected 1033 over France by
25/00 UTC, then 1038 50N15E by 25/12 UTC. Associated ridge extending
towards Bay of Biscay and English channel at end.
Shallow low deepening 1015 south of Canary Islands by 25/00 UTC, then
slow-moving.
The monsoon trough enters the Atlantic through the coast of
Guinea near 09N13W and continues southwestward to 04N21W. The
ITCZ extends from 04N21W to 03N35W
