New secondery low expected 1003 49N12W by 18/12UTC, moving northeast,
expected 992 over south North Sea by 19/00UTC.
High 1039 over Algeria, slow-moving and weakening.

Monsoon trough enters the Atlantic through the coast of Senegal and
