Troms, Tromsoeflaket, Deep 4, Banks outside Troms
A Polar Low is now at Deep 4 and the Tromsoeflaket. It is moving towards Troms and is expected to hit the coast between Andenes and Trosvaag late Wednesday evening. The strongest winds are expected to be a northerly or northwesterly storm force 9, with a possibility of short periods of storm force 10. The wind will decrease early Thursday morning.
