extending from west FARADAY to west METEOR, slow-moving east.
Secondery low expected 999 46N36W by 01/00UTC, moving north.
High 1029 from the British isles to eastern Europe, with little
change.
Monsoon trough from 12N16W to 05N25W and to 06N41W.
Moderate to isolated strong convection from 02N to 10N between 10W
and 30W.
