CAPE EAST (32.5S/40S, 20E/50E):
WIND : E to NE 15 to 25, but cyclonic 35 to 45 in the west spreading
to the central parts towards mid-period while moderating to 05
to 15 in the north-west.
VIS : Moderate to poor in showers and thundershowers in places.
SEA STATE: 3.0 to 4.0m except in the north and eastern parts, reaching
5.0 to 6.5m in the western parts spreading to the central and
southern parts towards mid-period, with E to NE swell but SE
in the extreme west.
DURBAN EAST (32.5S/25S, EAST COAST/55E):
WIND : W to SW 10 to 20 in the south-east, but SW 20 to 30 in the
extreme south-west, becoming SE 10 to 20 from mid-period,
otherwise, E to NE 15 to 25 reaching 35 to 45 in places in the
west during the first half of the period.
VIS : Moderate to poor in showers and thundershowers in places.
