CAPE EAST (32.5S/40S, 20E/50E):
WIND : NW to W 15 to 25 in the north-east, otherwise SW 15 to 25 but
E to SE 25 to 35 in the south-east. It will become NE to E 15
to 25 in the west towards mid-period, and 30 to 40 towards end
of period.
VIS : Moderate to poor in showers and rain in places, becoming very
poor in the west towards end of period.
SEA STATE: 3.0 to 4.0m with SE swell but with SW swell in the west, where
it will become NE to E towards end of period.
DURBAN EAST (32.5S/25S, EAST COAST/55E):
WIND : Variable 05 to 10 in the north, otherwise W to NW 15 to 25
but SW to S 15 to 25 in the west, spreading over the central
parts towards mid-period. It will become SE 10 to 20 in the
west by mid-period, and NE 15 to 25 towards end of period.
VIS : Moderate to poor in showers and rain in places.
MOZAMBIQUE CHANNEL:
WIND : Variable 05 in the south, otherwise NE 10 to 20 but SE to E 10
to 20 in the north and south-west. It will become SW to S 05
to 10 in the south-west by mid-period.
VIS : Good.
MADAGASCAR EAST (10S/25S, EAST COAST/55E):
WIND : SE to E 15 to 25 in the north, otherwise NE to N 10 to 20,
becoming NW 05 to 15 in the south towards mid-period.
