SYNOPSIS FOR ARCTIC WATERS…
A poorly defined 992 mb low near 74 N 105 W or 200 NM east of
Banks Island will weaken and dissipate tonight. A new low pressure
system to develop today near 80N 160W. It will move southeast over
the next few days, moving to 77N 141W by Friday evening, then 76N
120W by Saturday evening.
