WIND : SE to E 10 to 15.
VIS : Good.
ANGOLA (06S/15S, 00E/00N):
WIND : SE to S 05 to 15 but W to SW 05 to 15 in the east.
VIS : Good, but moderate in showers and thundershowers in the
extreme east in the first half of the period.
ST HELENA (15S/30S, 00E/20W):
WIND : E to SE 15 to 25 over the northern half, otherwise SW 15 to 25
becoming anticyclonic 05 to 10 in the south-west towards mid-
period spreading to the south-east towards the end of the
period.
VIS : Good, but moderate in showers and rain in the south-east at
first and in the central-west towards the end of the period.
TRADES (15S/30S, 00E/WEST COAST):
WIND : SE to S 15 to 25, but NW to N 05 to 15 in the extreme south-
west until mid-period.
VIS : Good.
TRISTAN (30S/40S, 00E/20W):
WIND : SW to W 15 to 25, but cyclonic 25 to 35 in the eastern parts
in the first half of the period, but NW to W 15 to 25 in the
west reaching 30 to 35 in the south-west towards mid-period
spreading to the central parts by the end of the period.
VIS : Good, but moderate to poor in showers and rain in the central
and eastern parts until mid-period and in the south-west from
mid-period.
SEA STATE: 3.5 to 4.5m in the east and in the south-west from mid-period,
with W to NW swell.
CAPE WEST (30S/40S, 00E/20E):
WIND : SE to E 15 to 25 in the north-east, but NE 10 to 20 in
the south-east, otherwise N to NW 15 to 25 reaching 30 in the
south-west until mid-period. It will become SW to W 15 to 25
in the west and north during the second half of the period.
VIS : Good, but moderate to poor in showers and rain in the west
until mid-period.
SEA STATE: 3.5 to 4.5m in the south-west, with NW swell.
