SYNOPSIS FOR ARCTIC WATERS…
A 962 mb low near 69N 176W will weaken to 981 mb as it moves to
be near 72 N 158W Tuesday afternoon, continuing E to to be 986mb
near 76N 120W Wednesday afternoon. Strong southwest winds this
evening to gradually veer to the northwest for Tuesday behind a
cold front that pushes from the Chukchi sea to the Beaufort sea.
Northwest winds to gradually weaken into Wednesday.
