SYNOPSIS FOR ARCTIC WATERS…
A 991 mb low over Banks Island will remain in place and weaken
through Friday night. There is an area of weak high pressure over
the Chuckchi Sea. This will begin to move towards 80N/162W as a
strong 955mb begins to move over the Chukotsk Peninsula and enter
the Chuckhi Sea around Monday morning.
