A 989 mb low over Banks Island will remain in place and weaken
through Friday night. High pressure over the Chukchi Sea will
weaken Thu as a trough of low pressure moves to Cape Lisburne on
Fri and Sat. A 959 mb low moves to the Chukotsk Peninsula Sun.
