ANGOLA (06S/15S, 00E/00N):
WIND : S to SE 10 to 20 but W to SW 05 to 10 in the east, spreading
to the north and north-west by end of the period.
VIS : Good.
SEA STATE: 3.0m over the extreme south-west in the first half of the
period, with SW swell.
ST HELENA (15S/30S, 00E/20W):
WIND : NE 10 to 15 in the south-west, otherwise SE to S 15 to 25.
VIS : Good.
SEA STATE: 3.0 to 4.0m in the first half of the period, but continuing in
the east and north-east, mainly SW swell.
TRADES (15S/30S, 00E/WEST COAST):

SEA STATE: 3.0 to 3.5m in the north-east at first with mainly SW swell,
becoming 3.0 to 4.0m in the extreme south-west by end of the
period, with mainly NW swell.
CAPE WEST (30S/40S, 00E/20E):
WIND : S to SW 15 to 25 in the south and south-east, otherwise SE 15
to 25 reaching 30 in the north-east by end of the period.
VIS : Good but moderate to poor in showers and rain over the south-
east in the first half of the period.
SEA STATE: 3.0 to 4.0m, reaching 4.5 to 5.0m in the north-east, spreading
to the south-east from mid-period while subsiding in the
south-west, mainly W to SW swell.
