SYNOPSIS FOR ARCTIC WATERS…
A 1001 mb low north of Utqiagvik will move to 275 nm N of Point
Barrow at 1005 mb tonight. Low pressure then remains over the
Arctic waters through midweek as a 995 mb low remains stationary
near Banks Island and weakens to a 1000 mb low by Thursday.
