WIND : SE to E 10 to 20.
VIS : Good.
ANGOLA (06S/15S, 00E/00N):
WIND : W to sw 05 to 15 in the eastern and northern parts, otherwise
S to SE 05 to 15.
VIS : Good but moderate in showers or light rain in the north-east
at times.
ST HELENA (15S/30S, 00E/20W):
WIND : Variable 05 in the south-west, otherwise S to SE 10 to 20.
VIS : Moderate in showers and rain in places.
TRADES (15S/30S, 00E/WEST COAST):
WIND : SW 10 to 20 in the south-west, otherwise S to SE 10 to 20,
reaching 25 to 30 in the eastern parts during the first half
of the period.
VIS : Good but moderate in showers and thundershowers in the south-
East, becoming moderate in showers and rain in the south-west
towards the end of the period.
TRISTAN (30S/40S, 00E/20W):
WIND : W to SW 15 to 25 reaching 30 in the east at first, but S to SE
10 to 20 in the south-west. It will become anti-cyclonic 05 to
15 in the south-west and north-west towards the end of the
period.
VIS : Good, but moderate to poor in showers and rain in the south-
east and central parts, spreading to the northern parts
towards mid-period.
SEA STATE: 3.0m in the south-east, with SW swell.
CAPE WEST (30S/40S, 00E/20E):
WIND : N to NW 15 to 25 reaching 30 to 35 in the south-west at first,
spreading to the south and south-east towards mid-period. It
will become SW 20 to 30 in the south-west towards mid-period
spreading to the central and west from mid-period.
VIS : Good but moderate to poor in showers and rain in the south and
south-west, spreading to the south-east and northern parts
towards mid-period.
SEA STATE: 3.0 to 4.0m in the southern half reaching 4.5m to 5.5m in the
south and south-east from mid-period, with mainly SW swell.
