25/12 UTC just south of Ireland.
Associated trough in south crossing areas above 40N.
High 1024 33N29W, slowly moving east, expected 1023 33N24W by
25/12UTC.
Associated ridge extending towards northeast weakening.
Tropical wave is near 23W south of 19N, moving westward at 10 kt
through the Cabo Verde. This system could form a tropical depression
