VIS : Good, but moderate in showers and thundershowers in places in
the north-east at times.
ST HELENA (15S/30S, 00E/20W):
WIND : NW to N 05 to 15 in the south-central, otherwise E to SE 05 to
15 reaching 20 to 25 in places in the north-west.

TRADES (15S/30S, 00E/WEST COAST):
WIND : S to SE 10 to 20 reaching 25 in the north-east.

TRISTAN (30S/40S, 00E/20W):
WIND : Variable 05 to 10 in the north during the first half of the
period, otherwise N to NW 10 to 20, reaching 30 to 35 in the
south at first but SW 15 to 25 in the south-west, spreading to
the east by the of the period.
VIS : Moderate in showers and rain in places.
SEA STATE: 3.5 to 4.5m in the south, with W to SW swell.
CAPE WEST (30S/40S, 00E/20E):
WIND : Variable 05 to 10 over the central parts, otherwise S to SE 10
to 20 but W to NW 10 to 20 in the south-west, spreading to the
south by mid-period, while reaching 25 to 30 in the south-
west. It will become S to SE 10 to 20 in the extreme east
towards mid- period.
VIS : Moderate in showers in the west, spreading to the east by mid-
period.
SEA STATE: 3.5 to 4.5m in the south-west by mid-period, spreading to the
south by end of period with W to SW swell.
