SYNOPSIS FOR ARCTIC WATERS…
A 996 mb low near Point Lay will progress east behind a surface
cold front, reaching 100 NM north of Nuiqsut by Tuesday morning at
997 mb. A 989 mb low will move to near Wrangel Island Wednesday
morning as high pressure builds over the eastern Arctic.
