SYNOPSIS FOR ARCTIC WATERS…
A 983 mb low NW of the Canadian Archipelago at 80 N will remain
nearly stationary through Sunday afternoon and weaken to 990 mb.
Northwest flow continues over the Chukchi and Beaufort Seas
through Saturday. A 1018 mb high will move over the North Slope,
turning winds offshore by Sunday morning.
