Persistence of low area 1012-1015 over south Spain.
High 1025 37N26W, expected 1022 34N27W by 31/12 UTC, with associated
ridge over Bay of Biscay.
A tropical wave has been introduced in the eastern Atlantic along
19W, south of 20N. The wave is moving westward at 15 kt.
Another tropical wave is along 40W from 20N southward, moving
westward 10 to 15 kts.
The monsoon trough passes through the coastal plains border areas of
Mauritania near 18N16W, then follows to 12N23W and 13N37W.
