VIS : Good but moderate to poor in rain and showers in the west and
south spreading to the central parts from mid-period.
SEA STATE: 4.0 to 6.0m, except in the north-east for the first half of
the period, but 6.5 to 8.5m in the west spreading to the
central parts by mid-period reaching 9.0m to 10.0m in the
north-west, with SW to W swell but N to NW swell in the east.
