A 991 mb low near 76N 170E will move to 75N 174E at 991 mb Tuesday
morning, then 76N 166W at 994 mb Wednesday morning. A trough of
low pressure has formed in the near-shore Arctic waters and will
deepen to 996 mb in the Beaufort Sea by Wednesday morning.
