WIND : SW to W 20 to 30 in the east reaching 40, otherwise N W 15 to
25 reaching 35 to 45. It will be anti-cyclonic 05 to 15 in the
north-east.
VIS : Moderate to poor in showers and rain.
SEA STATE: 4.0 to 6.0m reaching 7.0 to 7.5m in the south-west spreading
central towards the end of period, SW to W swell.
DURBAN EAST (32.5S/25S, EAST COAST/55E):
WIND : N to NW 15 to 25 in the east, otherwise S to SW 15 to 25 in
the west but N to NE 15 to 25 in the east. It will be SE 10 to
20 in the north-west.
VIS : Moderate in showers and rain, otherwise good.
SEA STATE: 3.0 to 4.0m in the extreme south and central, SW swell.
MOZAMBIQUE CHANNEL:
WIND : SE 10 to 20 in the north and central at first otherwise
NE to E 15 to 25 but SE to S 15 to 25 in the extreme south-
west in the south and in places in the south-west.
VIS : Good, but moderate in the north.

MADAGASCAR EAST:
