2. TRISTAN: NW 35 in the central and east as well as the west towards
mid-period spreading to the east towards the end of the
period. It will become cyclonic 35 to 50 in the west by the
second half of the period.
3. CAPE WEST: NW to W 35 in places in the west and central spreading to
the east by mid-period, and again in the west towards the
end of the period.

ANGOLA (06S/15S, 00E/00N):
WIND : SE 10 to 20, but S to SW 10 to 15 in the extreme east.
VIS : Good.
ST HELENA (15S/30S, 00E/20W):
WIND : SE to S 10 to 20 in the north, otherwise NW 15 to 25 reaching
35 in the first half of the period becoming SW to W 10 to 20
in the south-west towards mid-period.
VIS : Moderate in showers in the south-west, otherwise good.
SEA STATE: 3.5 to 4.5m in the west, NW to W swell becoming SW by the
second half of the period.
TRADES (15S/30S, 00E/WEST COAST):
WIND : SE to S 15 to 25 but anticyclonic 10 to 15 in the extreme
south-west, where it will become NW 10 to 20 by mid-period.
VIS : Good.
TRISTAN (30S/40S, 00E/20W):
WIND : Variable 05 to 10 in the south-west in the first half of the
period, otherwise NW 20 to 30 reaching 35 in the central and
east as well as in the west towards mid-period spreading to
the towards the end of the period. It will become cyclonic 25
to 30 in the west by the second half of the period where it
will reach 35 to 50 in places in the west.
VIS : Moderate in showers and rain in the west spreading to the east
by the end of the period, otherwise good.
SEA STATE: 4.0 to 6.0m reaching 6.5 to 7.5m in the west spreading to the
central by mid-period SW swell in the east and central in the
first half of the period, otherwise NW.
CAPE WEST (30S/40S, 00E/20E):
WIND : SE to S 05 to 15 in the north-east, otherwise NW to W 15 to 25
reaching 35 in places in the west and central spreading to the
east by mid-period, and again in the west towards the of the
period.
VIS : Moderate to poor in showers in the west and south, otherwise
Good, but very poor in fog in the extreme east in the first
half of the period.
SEA STATE: 3.5 to 4.5m reaching 5.5 to 6.5m in the south, W to SW swell.
