the second half of the period, otherwise SW to W 15 to 25
reaching 35 to 45 west spreading to the central by the end of
the period.
VIS : Good in the east in the first half of the period, otherwise
moderate to poor in showers and rain.
SEA STATE: 4.0 to 5.5m reaching 6.0 to 7.0m in the south-west spreading
central towards the end of period, SW to W swell.
DURBAN EAST (32.5S/25S, EAST COAST/55E):
WIND : S to SW 15 to 25 in the west, otherwise N to NW 15 to 25.
VIS : Good in the central, otherwise moderate in showers.
SEA STATE: 3.0 to 4.0m in the extreme south and central, SW swell.

WIND : SW to S 10 in the south-east at first, otherwise NE to E 15 to
25, but SE 10 to 20 in the north in the first half of the
period.

WIND : SE 15 to 25 in the north, otherwise E to NE 15 to 25.
VIS : Moderate in showers in places.

MARION FORTIES EAST (40S/50S, 35E/50E):
WIND : NW 20 to 30 reaching 35 to 45 in the first half of the period
as well as in the north and central by the second half of the
period, spreading to the east towards the end of the period.
VIS : Good but moderate to poor in showers places.
SEA STATE: 4.0 to 6.0m reaching 7.0 to 9.0m in the east and central in
the first half of the period, NW to W swell.

Warm front WG axis 45S/62E 50S/40E and cold front CG axis 36S/29E 40S/38E 46S/45E moving quickly east-south-eastward.
Convergence line expected over far southwestern WAM later.

SEA: Moderate or rough, becoming very rough and crossed later over
south-western. Long SW swell 4/5 m over southwestern at end.
VIS: Poor with precipitations.
AMS (30S/40S,65E/80E) :
Frontal showers with CF at start, becoming scattered.
WIND:NW 5/6 over southern, locally 7 over far south-eastern at start.
Anticlockwise 3/4 over northern.
SEA: Rough but very rough at start over far south-eastern, becoming
moderate over far northern. SW swell 3/4m abating.
VIS: Poor with precipitations.
CRO (40S/50S,50E/65E) :
Frontal rain and showers with WG and CG.WIND: Westerly 6/7, increasing 8 over southern, locally 9 over far southern.
SEA: Rough or very rough, crossed, becoming high by western soon. W swell
increasing 5/7m by western soon.
VIS: Poor in precipitations.
KER (40S/50S,65E/80E) :
Frontal rain and showers with WF and CF at start then with WG and CG later.
WIND: Westerly 6/7 increasing 8 over far western at end but Northerly 6/7
ahead of WF and WG in the south.
SEA: Rough or very rough, crossed, SW swell 3/4 m.
