WIND : Anti-cyclonic 05 to 15, but NW 20 to 25 in the south-west
reaching 30 in the south-west.
VIS : Moderate in showers in the south-west, otherwise good.
SEA STATE: 3.5 to 4.5m in the south-west, NW to W swell.
TRADES (15S/30S, 00E/WEST COAST):
WIND : SE to S 15 to 25 but anticyclonic 10 to 15 in the extreme
south-west.
VIS : Good.
SEA STATE: 3.0m in the extreme south, SW swell.
TRISTAN (30S/40S, 00E/20W):
WIND : Variable 05 to 10 in the south-west in the first half of the
period, otherwise NW 20 to 30 reaching 35 in the central and
east and as well as the west towards mid-period spreading to
the towards the end of the period. It will become cyclonic 25
to 30 in the west by the second half of the period where it
will reach 35 to 50 in places in the west.
VIS : Good in the north-east, otherwise moderate in showers and
rain.
SEA STATE: 4.0 to 6.0m reaching 6.5 to 7.5m in the west by towards mid-
period, anticyclonic swell.
CAPE WEST (30S/40S, 00E/20E):
WIND : SE to S 05 to 15 in the north-east, otherwise NW to W 15 to 25
reaching 35 in places in the west spreading to the central by
mid-period.
VIS : Good in places in the central, otherwise moderate to poor in
showers.
SEA STATE: 4.5 to 5.5m reaching 6.5 to 7.5m in the south-east in the
first half of the period, W to SW swell.
