1. TRISTAN: W to SW 35 to 45 in the south spreading eastward. It will
become NW 35 to 40 in the north-west from mid-morning and
spreading to places in the central parts.
2. CAPE WEST: W to SW 35 to 45 in the extreme west from mid-morning
spreading eastward and reaching 50 in the extreme south.
3. CAPE EAST: N to NW 35 to 40 in the extreme west towards the end of
the period.

WIND : E to SE 10 to 20.
VIS : Good.
ANGOLA (06S/15S, 00E/00N):
WIND : S to SE 10 to 20 but S to SW 05 to 15 in the east.
VIS : Good.
ST HELENA (15S/30S, 00E/20W):
WIND : W to SW 10 to 20 in the south, otherwise E to SE 10 to 20, but
cyclonic 05 to 10 in the south-west spreading eastward. It
will become anti-cyclonic 05 to 15 towards the end of the
period and reaching 20 in the extreme south.
VIS : Good.
SEA STATE: 3.0 to 4.0m SW swell in the extreme south spreading northward
and reaching 5.0m in places.
TRADES (15S/30S, 00E/WEST COAST):
WIND : S to SE 10 to 20, but W to NW 10 to 20 in the south reaching
30 from midnight in the extreme south. It will become SW 10 to
20 in the south-west from midday spreading eastwards.
VIS : Good but moderate in showers in the extreme south.
SEA STATE: 3.0 to 4.0m SW swell in the south reaching 4.5 to 5.0m in the
extreme south-west towards midday spreading eastward.
TRISTAN (30S/40S, 00E/20W):
WIND : W to SW 15 to 25 reaching 35 to 45 in the south spreading
eastward. It will become NW 15 to 25 in the north-west mid-
morning and reaching 35 to 40 in places in the central parts
and spreading eastward.
VIS : Good in the extreme north, otherwise moderate to poor in
showers and rain.
SEA STATE: 3.0 to 4.0m SW swell in the north, otherwise 5.0 to 6.0m but
7.0 to 8.0m in the south spreading eastward and reaching 9.0
to 10.0m in places, subsiding in the south-west towards the
end of the period.
CAPE WEST (30S/40S, 00E/20E):
WIND : N to NW 15 to 25 reaching 30 in places spreading eastward. It
will become W to SW 25 to 35 in the extreme west from mid-
morning spreading eastward and reaching 45 to 50 in the
