SYNOPSIS FOR ARCTIC WATERS…
A 995 mb low around 69N 169.4W will begin to move towards the
northeast. By this evening it will have weakened to 1005 mb and
is remaining stationary around 72.3N 167.7W. This low will remain
around that area until Thursday night when a 1009 mb high pushes
the low past 75N.
