VIS : Good, but moderate in showers and rain in the west.
ANGOLA (06S/15S, 00E/00N):
WIND : S to SE 10 to 20, but variable 05 in the extreme east.
VIS : Good.
ST HELENA (15S/30S, 00E/20W):
WIND : S to SE 15 to 25, but anti-cyclonic 05 to 15 in the extreme
south. It will become NW 05 to 15 in the extreme south by the
second half of the period.
VIS : Good, but moderate in showers in places at times.
TRADES (15S/30S, 00E/WEST COAST):
WIND : NW to W 05 to 15 in the south-west, otherwise S to SE 15 to 25
reaching 30 in the extreme south-east at first.
VIS : Good, but moderate in showers and thundershowers in the
extreme south-west towards the end of the period.
SEA STATE: 3.0m over the east and central in the first half of the
period, SW swell.
TRISTAN (30S/40S, 00E/20W):
WIND : W to NW 15 to 25, becoming SW 15 to 25 in the south-west
spreading eastwards by the second half of the period reaching
35 in the south-west and south-central from mid-period.
VIS : Good, but moderate in showers and rain in the south-west and
south-central spreading to the east towards mid-period.
SEA STATE: 3.0 to 4.0m in the south and central, reaching 5.0 to 6.0m in
the extreme south but 7.0m in the extreme south-west towards
the end of the period, W to SW swell.
CAPE WEST (30S/40S, 00E/20E):
WIND : SE to S 10 to 20 in the north-east, otherwise W to NW 15 to 25
reaching 35 in the south-east at first .
VIS : Good but moderate in showers and rain in the south and
central.
SEA STATE: 4.0 to 5.0m, reaching 6.0m in the extreme south, SW swell.
