Atlantic ridge from ACORES to Bay of Biscay, weakening later.
Tropical wave is near the Cabo Verde Islands at 24W from 21N
southward, moving westward at 10 to 15 kt.
Monsoon trough extending from the coastal border of West Sahara and
Mauritania, extending southwestward to 11N30W then turns westward to
09N53W.
