CAPE EAST (32.5S/40S, 20E/50E):
WIND : NW 30 to 40 in the north-east, otherwise W to SW 25 to 35
reaching 45 to 50 in places in the south-eastern parts. It
will be NW 10 to 20 in the north-west second half of the
period.
VIS : Moderate to poor in showers and rain, clearing from the west.
SEA STATE: 3.5 to 4.5m SW swell reaching 5.5 to 6.5m in the central parts
spreading eastward, but 7.5 to 8.5m reaching 9.0m in places in
the south-east.
DURBAN EAST (32.5S/25S, EAST COAST/55E):
WIND : NW 20 to 30 in the east and reaching 35 in the south-east at
first, otherwise W to SW 20 to 30 reaching 35 to 40 in the
south-east second half of the period.
VIS : Good in the west, otherwise moderate in showers and rain.
SEA STATE: 3.0 to 4.0m SW swell reaching 5.0 to 6.0m in places in the
extreme south.
MOZAMBIQUE CHANNEL:
WIND : S to SE 10 to 20, but SW 10 to 20 in the west at times.

extreme west at the end of the period.
