WIND : E to SE 10 to 20 in the north but anti-cyclonic in the central
parts, otherwise W to NW 15 to 25, becoming SW 10 to 20 in the
south-west mid-period
VIS : Moderate in showers and rain in places, becoming good in the
south.
SEA STATE: 3.0 to 3.5m in the extreme south-west from mid-period, SW
swell.

VIS : Moderate in showers and rain, clearing from the west.
SEA STATE: 3.0 to 4.0m but 5.0 to 6.0m reaching 6.5 to 7.5m in the south,
but 8.0 to 9.0m in the south-west, W to SW swell
CAPE WEST (30S/40S, 00E/20E):
WIND : NW 15 to 25 in the west reaching 35 to 45 in the south-west,
spreading to the east reaching 35 to 45 in the south east at
the end of the period becoming SW 20 to 30 in the west second
half of the period.
VIS : Moderate in showers and rain, but good in the east.
SEA STATE: 3.5 to 4.5m in the south-west reaching 4.5 to 5.5m but 6.5 to
7.5m in the extreme south-west, NW swell.
