WIND : S to SE 10 to 20, but SW to W 05 to 15 in the extreme east.

ST HELENA (15S/30S, 00E/20W):
WIND : E to SE 10 to 20 in the north but anti-cyclonic in the central
parts, otherwise W to NW 15 to 25, becoming SW 10 to 20 in the
south-west towards the end of the period.
VIS : Good in the north-east, otherwise moderate in showers and rain
in places.
SEA STATE: 3.0 to 3.5m in the extreme south-west from mid-period, SW
swell.
TRADES (15S/30S, 00E/WEST COAST):
WIND : Anti-cyclonic 05 to 15 in the south-west becoming NW 10 to 20
from mid-period., otherwise S to SE 10 to 20, reaching 25 in
the extreme north-east at first.
VIS : Good.
TRISTAN (30S/40S, 00E/20W):
WIND : W to NW 20 to 30 reaching 35 to 45 in the south, becoming SW
20 to 30 in the west mid-period reaching 35 to 40 in the
south-west, spreading to the central parts towards the end of
the period.
VIS : Moderate in showers and rain, clearing from the west towards
the end of the period.
SEA STATE: 3.0 to 4.0m but 5.0 to 6.0m reaching 6.5 to 7.5m in the south.
It will reach 8.0 to 9.0m in the south-west from mid-period,
W to SW swell
CAPE WEST (30S/40S, 00E/20E):
WIND : NW 15 to 25 in the west reaching 35 to 45 in the south-west,
spreading to the central parts towards the end of the period,
otherwise anti-cyclonic 05 to 15.
VIS : Good, but moderate in showers and rain in the extreme east at
first and in the west from mid-period.
SEA STATE: 3.5 to 4.5m in the south-west reaching 4.5 to 5.5m but 6.5 to
7.5m in the extreme south-west, NW swell.
