WIND : Anti-cyclonic 05 to 15 in the north-east, otherwise S to SW 10
to 20, becoming variable 05 to 10 in the south-west from mid-
period but N to NW 20 to 30 in the south-east at first.
VIS : Moderate in showers and rain in places except in the north-
east, otherwise good.
SEA STATE: 3.0m in the south-west, SW swell.
TRADES (15S/30S, 00E/WEST COAST):
WIND : N to NE 10 to 20 in the south-west becoming NW 10 to 20
towards the end of the period, otherwise S to SE 10 to 20.
VIS : Good, but moderate in showers and rain in the extreme south-

WIND : N to NW 30 to 40 in the extreme east at first, otherwise W to
SW 20 to 30 reaching 35 in the south-central at first,
spreading to the east by mid-period, while moderating to 10 to
20 in the west.
VIS : Moderate in showers and rain.
SEA STATE: 3.0 to 4.0m reaching 4.5 to 5.5m, NW swell in the east at
first, otherwise W to SW swell.
CAPE WEST (30S/40S, 00E/20E):
WIND : Anti-cyclonic 05 to 15 in the east, otherwise N to NW 15 to 25
reaching 30 to 40 in the extreme west until mid-period,
spreading to the central parts towards mid-period.
VIS : Good but moderate in showers and rain in the west, spreading
to the central parts mid-period and to the east by the end of
the period.
SEA STATE: 3.0 to 4.0m in the south-east at first, SW swell and in the
west reaching 4.5m towards mid-period, NW swell.
