WIND : NW 10 to 20 in the east in the first half of the period,
otherwise anti-cyclonic 10 to 20.
VIS : Good in the central, otherwise moderate in showers and rain in
places at times.
SEA STATE: 3.0 to 4.0m in the south-west spreading to the south-central
by the mid-period, SW swell.
MOZAMBIQUE CHANNEL:
WIND : Anti-cyclonic 10 to 20 in the south, otherwise SE to E 10 to
