WIND : S to SE 10 to 20, but SW 05 to 10 in the extreme east.

ST HELENA (15S/30S, 00E/20W):
WIND : E to SE 10 to 20 but Variable 05 to 10 in the extreme south,
becoming Cyclonic 30 to 40 in the south-west towards end of
the period but NE 10 to 20 in the north-west.
VIS : Good, moderate showers and rain in the north becoming poor in
the south-west towards end of the period SEA STATE: 3.0m to 4.0m in the extreme south-east, SW swell.
TRADES (15S/30S, 00E/WEST COAST):
WIND : S to SE 10 to 20 reaching 25 in the north-east, but
SW 10 to 20 in the extreme south.
VIS : Good.
TRISTAN (30S/40S, 00E/20W):
WIND : SW 15 to 25 but Variable 10 in the north-west spreading east
and south.
VIS : Good, but moderate in showers and rain in the east and south.
SEA STATE: 3.0 to 4.0m, in the east reaching 5.0 to 6.0m in the south-
east, first half of the period SW swell.
CAPE WEST (30S/40S, 00E/20E):
WIND : W to NW 15 to 25 in the east reaching 30 to 45 in places in
the south first half of the period but SW 20 to 30 in the west
reaching 35 to 45 in the central south and spreading east. It
will become Anti-cyclonic 10 to 15 in the west towards end of
the period.
VIS : Moderate in showers and rain in places at times.
SEA STATE: 3.0 to 4.0m in the north , otherwise 4.5. to 6.5m in the
south, reaching 7.0 to 8.0m in the central south,
SW swell.
