ANGOLA (06S/15S, 00E/00N):
WIND : S to SE 10 to 20, but variable 05 to 15 in the extreme east.
VIS : Good.
ST HELENA (15S/30S, 00E/20W):
WIND : Variable 05 to 10 over the central parts at first, otherwise
SE to S 10 to 20 but NW to W 10 to 20 in the south-central,
however it will be S to W 10 to 20 in the south-west spreading
to the south-central by mid-period.
VIS : Good in the north, otherwise moderate showers and rain at
times.
SEA STATE: 3.0m to 4.0m in the south and central, SW swell.
TRADES (15S/30S, 00E/WEST COAST):
WIND : SW 05 to 15 in the south-west, becoming anticyclonic 10 to 20
towards mid-period, otherwise S to SE 15 to 25.
VIS : Good, but very poor in fog in the extreme east in the first
half of the period.
SEA STATE: 3.0 to 4.0m in the west and central in the first half of the
period, SW swell.
TRISTAN (30S/40S, 00E/20W):
WIND : W to NW 15 to 25 in the east reaching 35 to 40 in the east in
the first half of the period, otherwise SW 20 to 30 reaching
35 to 40 in the south-west and south-central spreading to the
south-east towards mid-period.
VIS : Good in the east at first, otherwise moderate in showers and
rain.
SEA STATE: 3.0 to 4.0m, reaching 5.5 to 6.5m in the south, NW swell in
the south-east at first, otherwise W to SW.
CAPE WEST (30S/40S, 00E/20E):
WIND : Variable 05 to 10 in the extreme north-east, otherwise W to SW
15 to 25, but N to NW 15 to 25 in the east. It will become NW
to W 10 to 20 in the west towards mid-period, reaching 35 in
the extreme south-west spreading to central by mid-period.
VIS : Good in the central, otherwise moderate in showers and rain.
SEA STATE: 3.0 to 4.0m in the west and central reaching 5.0m at
first, W to SW swell.
