and expected 1024 32N32W by 10/00 UTC, slow-moving.
New high expected 1026 52N29W by 10/12 UTC.
Tropical wave is along 37W, south of 20N, moving westward at 10-15
kt.
Monsoon trough is from 16N17W to 09N42W.
