SEA STATE: 3.0 to 4.0m, but 5.0 to 6.0m in the south-west at first,
spreading to the south-east by the end of the period, reaching
7.0 to 8.0m in places, SW swell.
CAPE WEST (30S/40S, 00E/20E):
WIND : N to NW 15 to 25 in the extreme west, reaching 35 to 45 in
places, spreading to the east by the end of the period,
otherwise S to SW 15 to 25, reaching 35 to 45 in the south-
east, but 50 to 55 in the extreme south-east at first.
VIS : Moderate to poor in showers and rain in places at times.
SEA STATE: 6.0 to 7.0m in the east as well as in the south-west towards
the end of the period, reaching 8.0 to 9.0m in the south-east
until mid-period, but 10.0m in the extreme south-east at
first, otherwise 4.0 to 5.0m, but 3.0 to 3.5m in the north-
west, W to NW swell, but SW in the east.
