CAPE WEST (30S/40S, 00E/20E):
WIND : Anti-cyclonic 05 to 10 in the north-east for the first half of
the period, otherwise N to NW 20 to 30 reaching 35 to 45 in
the south-western parts spreading eastwards to the central and
south-eastern parts by mid-period. It will become W to SW 30
to 40 in the west towards the end of the period.
VIS : Good but poor to very poor in showers and rain in the west
spreading to the central parts by mid-period.
SEA STATE: 3.5 to 4.5m, reaching 5.5 to 6.5m in the west spreading to the
central and south-eastern parts towards the end of the period,
with mainly W to SW swell.
