VIS : Moderate in showers in places, otherwise good.
ANGOLA (06S/15S, 00E/00N):
WIND : S to SE 10 to 20, but SW 10 to 20 in the extreme east.
VIS : Good.
ST HELENA (15S/30S, 00E/20W):
WIND : Anti-cyclonic 05 to 15 over the central parts, otherwise
E to SE 10 to 20 but NW 15 to 25 reaching 30 in the south-
west.
VIS : Good, but moderate in showers in places in the south.
SEA STATE: 3.0 to 4.0m in the extreme south-west during the second half
of the period, SW swell.
TRADES (15S/30S, 00E/WEST COAST):
WIND : SE 10 to 20 in the north-west, otherwise S to SW 05 to 15,
becoming NW 05 to 10 in the extreme south-east towards mid-
period.
VIS : Good, but moderate in light showers in places in the south-
east during the first half of the period.
TRISTAN (30S/40S, 00E/20W):
WIND : Anti-cyclonic 05 to 15 in the east until mid-period, otherwise
N to NW 15 to 25 reaching 30 to 40 in the south-west at first
and mid-period spreading towards the central south from end of
the first half of the period until mid-period and to the
north-west from mid-period.
VIS : Good, but moderate in showers and rain in the west and central
parts spreading to the east towards the end of the period.
SEA STATE: 3.0 to 4.0m in the south-west reaching 5.0 to 6.0m in the
extreme south-west at first, spreading to the north-west from
mid-period, W to NW swell.
CAPE WEST (30S/40S, 00E/20E):
WIND : Cyclonic 05 to 15 reaching 20 to 30 in places in the south-
east, becoming N to NE 15 to 25 in the south-west from mid-
period.
VIS : Moderate in showers and rain in the east.
SEA STATE: 3.0 to 3.5m in the south-east, SE swell.
