WIND : W to SW 10 to 20 over the central parts at first, spreading to
the east by the end of the period, otherwise N to NW 15 to 25,

SEA STATE: 3.0 to 3.5m in the south-east, W to SW swell.
CAPE WEST (30S/40S, 00E/20E):
WIND : W to NW 15 to 25, reaching 35 in the south-west from mid-
period, spreading to the south-central parts. It will become
SW 15 to 25 in the extreme west by the end of the period.
VIS : Moderate to poor in showers and rain, but good in the north-
east.
SEA STATE: 3.0 to 4.0m, except in the extreme north, reaching 5.0 to 5.5m
