ST HELENA (15S/30S, 00E/20W):
WIND : E to SE 10 to 20, but W to NW 10 to 15 in the extreme south.
VIS : Good, but moderate in showers in the north-west and extreme
south.
TRADES (15S/30S, 00E/WEST COAST):
WIND : S to SE 10 to 20, but W to SW 10 to 20 in the extreme south.
It will become S to SE 15 to 20 in the extreme south at the
end of the period.
VIS : Good.
TRISTAN (30S/40SE, 00E/20W):
WIND : Anti-cyclonic 05 to 15, becoming W to NW 15 to 25 in the
north-west from midday. It will become cyclonic 15 to 25 in
the central-western parts at the end of the period.
VIS : Good, but moderate in showers and rain in the extreme north.
It will become moderate to poor in showers and rain in the
central-western parts from midday spreading eastward.
SEA STATE: 3.0 to 3.5m W to SW swell in the south-east at times.
CAPE WEST (30S/40S, 00E/20E):
WIND : W to NW 15 to 25 in the north-east reaching 35 in the south-
east until midday, otherwise S to SW 20 to 30 spreading north-
eastward.
VIS : Good, but moderate in frontal showers in the south-west
spreading north-eastward. It will clear in the south-west from
midday.
SEA STATE: 3.0 to 4.0m W to SW swell in the south-west spreading eastward
and reaching 4.5m in places.
