VIS : Good.
SEA STATE: 3.0m, SW swell.
ANGOLA (06S/15S, 00E/00N):
WIND : S to SE 10 to 15, but SW 05 to 10 in the extreme east.
VIS : Good.
ST HELENA (15S/30S, 00E/20W):
WIND : SW 15 to 25 in the south-west until the end of the
period, otherwise S to SE 10 to 20 but W to NW 15 to 25
reaching 30 in the south-east.
VIS : Good, but moderate in showers and rain in places in the south-
west, spreading to the south-east by mid-period, while
clearing from the south-west towards mid-period.
SEA STATE: 3.0 to 4.0m, SW swell.
TRADES (15S/30S, 00E/WEST COAST):
WIND : Anti-cyclonic 05 to 15 in the south-west, becoming NW 10 to 20
towards mid-period, otherwise S to SE 10 to 20.
VIS : Good but moderate in rain and showers in the extreme south-
west by the end of the period.
SEA STATE: 3.0 to 4.m, SW swell.
TRISTAN (30S/40SE, 00E/20W):
WIND : W to NW 20 to 30 reaching 35 in the west towards mid-
period, otherwise S to SW 25 to 35, reaching 40 in the central
south, spreading to the south-east towards mid-period. It will
moderate to 10 to 20 in the north-west towards the end of the
period.
VIS : Moderate in showers and rain.
SEA STATE: 4.5 to 5.5m reaching 6.0 to 7.0m in the central south,
spreading to the south-east by mid-period, while subsiding to
3.0 to 4.0m in the west towards mid-period, SW swell.
CAPE WEST (30S/40S, 00E/20E):
WIND : Variable 05 in the extreme north-east at first, otherwise W to
NW 20 to 30, reaching 35 to 45 in the south-east at first and
in the west, spreading to the central parts towards mid-
period, becoming SW 40 to 50 in the extreme south-west towards
the end of the period.
VIS : Good, but moderate in showers and rain in the south-west,
spreading to the north-west by mid-period and to the south-
east towards the end of the period.
SEA STATE: 3.0 to 4.0m reaching 4.5 to 5.5m but 6.0 to 6.5m in the south-
east and south-west towards the end of the period where it
will reach 7.0 to 8.0m, W to SW swell.
