ST HELENA (15S/30S, 00E/20W):
WIND : E to SE 10 to 15 but N to NW 10 to 20 in the south reaching
25 in the extreme south-west.
VIS : Good.
SEA STATE: 3.0m in the extreme south-west, with NW swell.
TRADES (15S/30S, 00E/WEST COAST):
WIND : S to SE 10 to 20 but variable 05 in the south-west.
VIS : Good.
TRISTAN (30S/40SE, 00E/20W):
WIND : W 15 to 25 in the east at first reaching 30 to 35 in the
south-east, otherwise anticyclonic 05 to 10 but N to NW 20 to
30 in the west reaching 35 to 40 from mid-period spreading to
the central parts by end of the period while reaching 45 to 50
in the south-west towards the end of the period.
VIS : Moderate to poor in showers and rain in the west spreading to
the central and southern parts by mid-period, otherwise good.
SEA STATE: 3.0 to 4.0m reaching 5.0 to 7.0m in the south-east for the
first half of the period with SW to W swell. It will become
3.5 to 4.5m in the west with NW to W swell from mid-period
spreading to the central parts by end of the period while
reaching 5.0 to 6.0m in the south-west.
CAPE WEST (30S/40S, 00E/20E):
WIND : S to SE 10 to 20 in the north-east, otherwise W to NW 15 to 25
reaching 30 to 35 in the south. It will become variable 05 in
the north-west from mid-period spreading to the northern parts
by end of the period.
VIS : Good in the east and extreme north, otherwise moderate
in showers and rain.
SEA STATE: 4.0 to 5.0m in the south with SW swell reaching 5.5 to 6.5m in
the extreme south.
